Snoozing

...away this morning. This cold,



windy morning. But there are signs of spring on this one.


Spring is getting close.

Haven't so far. I imagine these will head north before long. I'm really hoping to spot a stray male Rock one day.

Ha! Yes, it does look messy. I think it's molting though.

The sleeping-in-snow one nearly knocks me over. (They look dead. They look very comfortable. They look like divine snow sculptures...)

Nice. I've yet to come across another species that leaves me breathless every time. There's something magical about these birds.
