From where I sit

It's been a productive month so far, tightly scheduled, challenging and largely fun. That's my game plan for the year.

Yesterday, after I spent some time with Streetpieces, a fine new chapbook by Gerald Hill, I wondered again about my habit of posting pics of books I acquire. The practice is flawed in many ways. Recently, during a book-cleaning frenzy, I realized I had not mentioned a whole pile of books. This seems to happen every year. I thought about posting a pic of the pile, but no, there are ebooks to consider. Yes, I finally broke down and bought an e-reader as some of my friends have published ebooks and I want to read them without having to sit at a computer to do so. I can`t post pics of ebooks in the same way. I haven`t decided what to do. In the meantime, I`ll just read and stick to my schedule.
