It would be fun

...to post my latest manuscript on a blog, to just get it out there.

Tonight I'll continue reading Dionne Brand's latest novel. And Simon Armitage's Dead Sea Poems finally showed up. I can't wait to dip into it.

Hey Brenda,

I love Dionne Brand's work and I'm looking forward to reading her latest novel, too. I have _At the Full and Change of the Moon_ on my CanLit bookshelf and read _no language is neutral_ a few years ago, after I heard her read from _thirsty_, a poetry collection that won the Lowther Award in 2003. Oh, can that woman write!

Hope all's well in the north!

Hey B-)
Nice to see you here! Yes, Brand can write. I've read the titles you mention. The first two I found in the colony library I think. I've read Thirsty over and over. I love that book. Actually I was drawn to its cover in a bookstore when it first came out. It was facing out and practically pulled me to it.

Yes, all is well here, thanks. I hope all is well in the south!
