Spent the past few grey days

...reading The Grey Islands by John Steffler. It seemed fitting for I knew Galore by Michael Crummey was on its way. It arrived today.

The Grey Islands has been around awhile. What an amazing book. I finished it this afternoon just as the sky began to clear. Too weird. The forecast said it would clear, but still. Tonight I will begin reading Galore. If it's as good as this review claims, I'm in for another dandy read.

August 23 - Wow. Finished Galore in the wee hours last night. The review is bang on. It's a fabulous novel.
